Following a successful career in land and property since 1973, John entered the real estate business in 1985 working as a Branch Manager for two local real estate offices and in recent years in residential sales. In 1991 he was admitted as an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute New Zealand (AREINZ).
Married to Sandy, they have resided in Taradale for 40 years, true local experts. In 1999 Sandy joined John's busy residential business and completed the National Certificate of Real Estate, graduating in February 2000. They specialize in the sale of homes in Napier with an emphasis on the Taradale/Greenmeadows area.

Barry started his Real Estate career in 1999 selling residential / lifestyle property, and has been in senior management roles since 2003, previously with other real estate companies’. As a sales person he became a member of the millionaire club while studying for and achieving Branch Manager status. For the last eight years Barry has been an Area Sales Manager for the Hawkes Bay East Coast responsible for a national company’s residential, lifestyle, commercial, and rural sales teams.
He has continued his studies to achieve a Diploma in Real Estate giving him a sound knowledge of the industry. He has spent over 30 years in senior Sales / Marketing and Business Management roles, working for industry-leading companies such as Guthrie Bowron and Resene Paints as Hawkes Bay East Coast manager. Thereafter, Wynn’s Oil Additives as an owner operator for the Hawkes Bay East Coast region. A qualified mechanic, Barry owned and operated, in a partnership, a local Garage service station before changing to a career in sales.
Barry has lived in Hawkes Bay all his life, growing up in Waipukurau, moving to Taradale as a teenager. Married to Barbara, they have two children, Jason and Carl and three grandchildren. Family is hugely important to them both so he makes sure that quality time and fun are combined when they are together.
